Roll & Release Mobility Workshop: Low Back + Core

Join Dr. Adrienne and get ready to also be introduced to your friend The Core, as a really good friend to your low back!

Low back pain is something that Oma sees in a clinical setting daily. This 75-minute tune-up ball class is designed to educate, roll out, and combine strengthening strategies so that you are better prepared to help yourself in the face of low back pain.

Your core stability and breath ability has a important dynamic nature to your low back health. This class will help you identify the interplay of these muscles and improve a better awareness of your deep core through yoga, tune up ball work, and breath. 

Props used in this class: Blanket, Yoga Tune Up Balls, Coregeous Ball, Yoga Block

All levels welcome! **This is not for those currently going through an acute low back episode**
