Dr. Adrienne McRuvie

Prior to becoming a chiropractor, I trained as a Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist and Yoga teacher, all of which I find ways to incorporate into my practice. It was the study of yoga that peaked my interest in the body, which grew into my interest of chiropractic.
I work as a chiropractor now because I love its ideals about what it means to be healthy. The idea that through input to our system we can be more body aware, become more flexible to change, more resilient and we are able to interact with the world from a place of intended actions rather than reactions.
My training in a myriad of different techniques provides me with an openness to the workings of the human body. My toolbox includes certifications in Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, and Acupuncture. My training with International Pediatric Chiropractic Association has provided me with a passion and love for prenatal care and care for children of all sizes. I hold a certification in the Webster technique (for breech pregnancies).
In 2006, I became a doula (birth support) to further my interest in working with pregnant women and children. It has become such a part of my practice and my life; birth has a way of putting life very quickly into perspective.
Dr. Sonja Zabukovec

Dr. Sonja Zab was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and received hers honours undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. Upon graduation, she practiced in Brisbane, Australia where she adjusted in numerous cities across the country and educated people about chiropractic.
Sonja has travelled to other countries such as Panama on mission trips to deliver adjustments and educate people about chiropractic and health. She has delivered approximately over 50,000 adjustments since her graduation in 2005. Sonja is dedicated to educating people and works avidly with community groups and athletes. Her vision is to have EVERY person live to their full health potential. She is passionate about working with children, babies, families and being a dedicated competitive CrossFit athlete, triathlete, and yogi, she has much experience of working with athletes of all kinds. In Sonja’s off time, she loves to be outside and be with family and friends.
Dr. Larisa Shevchuk

Dr. Larisa Shevchuk started her health care journey as a Registered Nurse in Vancouver BC and worked in cardiac unit, medicine-surgery, Intensive Care and Post-Anesthesia Recovery. She started to be under Chiropractic Care at the age of 20 and at the same time was introduced to yoga by a friend and to mediation by her mother. Dr. Larisa started to practice more eastern healing principles and less western approaches.
Dr. Larisa moved to Toronto to study Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and settled in Toronto after graduation. Dr. Larisa is a mother of two children, dog mama and trained Animal Chiropractor with over a decade of experience.
Dr. Larisa treats the whole family from kiddos to elders and even their animals. Dr. Larisa’s unique skills and talents include somatic healing using our 5 senses, facilitating healing conversations to groups and individuals, energy work known as Therapeutic Touch and Self Love Facilitator.
Dr. Mishka Thomson

Originally from Montreal, Québec, Dr. Mishka completed her post-secondary studies at the University of Waterloo and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. It was chiropractic’s perfect blend of science and art that drew her to the profession, and it is what continues to drive her passion for the profession to this day.
Following graduation, Dr. Mishka lived and worked in London, UK before returning to locum across Ontario. In 2012, Dr. Mishka completed the Animal Chiropractic program, expanding her skill set to include treatment of both small and large animals. Her experience with animals includes working with agility and sport dogs, post-op and chronic medical issues, breeders and their new litters and everything in between. Dr. Mishka continues to explore further studies in chiropractic, pediatrics, animal chiropractic, nutrition and orthotics as well as various techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Activator, Torque Release and SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique). This variety of tools allows her the flexibility of treating patients of all ages and treatment preferences.
In her spare time, Dr. Mishka enjoys cycling, snowboarding, drawing and spending time with her husband, two children and their two border terriers.

Joanna Karidis, RMT (She/Her)

Joanna graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 1999. She enjoys working with a broad range of clients from all age groups, and uses techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release to customize each treatment to reflect individual concerns and goals.
In addition to her clinical practice, she also works at The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as an examiner for the profession's entry-to-practice examinations.
Joanna truly loves her work and is committed to providing professional and sensitive quality of massage therapy in a supportive and positive environment.
Steph Busuttil, RMT (They/Them)

As a queer, non-binary therapist, Steph is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients, with a special focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ community. They understand the importance of feeling comfortable and respected during bodywork and strive to ensure every session is as empowering as it is restorative. Steph is also trained in scar work and can help facilitate treatments specifically geared towards clients pre and post top surgery or other surgical procedures.
With a background as a first responder, Steph brings a unique perspective to their massage therapy practice, combining compassion, resilience, and a deep understanding of the body’s ability to heal. Trained in Swedish massage, scar work, facial techniques, and therapeutic stretching, Steph offers a holistic approach tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Keith Bridger, RMT (He/Him)

Keith is our chronic pain expert. He moved to Toronto from Winnipeg over twenty years ago. After several years of work as an actor - you may remember him as “Man Behind Bar” or “Ambulance Driver 2” - he decided to get a real job. His interest in massage and bodywork started while he was an actor, having studied Alexander technique, and learning simple massage and relaxation techniques.
He studied at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and received the Sutherland-Chan Professional Clinics Award upon graduating in 2010. He furthered his studies at McMaster University, where he earned a certificate in Contemporary Acupuncture.
Keith has worked with a broad range of patients since he started his practice. He has treated people with chronic and acute pain, autoimmune diseases, sports injuries, mood disorders, TMJ dysfunction, headaches and nerve compressions. He has also treated several expectant mothers, children and seniors, and those needing to de-stress.
Cip de Vries, RMT (He/Him)

Cip is passionate about health and well-being, both inside and outside the clinic. He enjoys staying active through beach volleyball, rock climbing, swimming, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
As an RMT, Cip is committed to giving each client their full attention and providing treatments tailored to individual needs. His practice is strongly influenced by Thai massage, complemented by myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue techniques. This unique approach combines stretching, deep pressure, and mindful movement to ease tension, restore balance, and leave the body feeling rejuvenated.
Dedicated to inclusivity, Cip ensures everyone is welcomed with respect and kindness. As a proud LGBTQ+ RMT, he creates a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable and cared for.
Anne Gingras, RMT (She/Her)

Anne specializes in Swedish massage with a Shiatsu influence, creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for her patients. Anne’s careful attention to symptoms and moment-to-moment needs make her a gifted and dedicated therapist.
With a long history of body-based training, Anne began her professional career as a singer and dancer in musical theatre. Passionate about fitness and a certified Kundalini yoga instructor. Needing to explore the healing arts more deeply, Anne furthered her studies at the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, graduating top of her class.
Additionally, Anne is a certified Reflexologist and also specializes in scar work. Anne has graduated from The Mastectomy Guide, an intensive six month mentorship program in which she studied breast/chest and oncology massage. She now offers therapeutic treatment for breast care as well as post operative treatment for breast/chest procedures, gender affirming procedures and elective breast surgeries.
Luke Koleszar-Green RMT (He/Him)

Luke was born in Ripon, Quebec, and raised in rural Prince Edward Island, Having envisioned a path in health and musical arts from a young age, he set about melding and moulding these two unique proficiencies as a young child and teenager.
His journey into healing arts began early. Walking on his parents’ backs regularly, he helped manage their aches and pains. As a teenager, he shared foot and shoulder massages with those near and dear. Experiencing his gift for healing touch, family and friends encouraged Luke to pursue professional training for Massage Therapy. In 1995, Luke moved to Toronto and enrolled in Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. In 1997 he graduated and became a Registered Massage Therapist. In 1998 he began working at Rosedale Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Clinic, a busy multi-disciplinary treatment facility near Sherbourne and Bloor Street East. Over the next 5 years, Luke gained invaluable experience helping many clients recover from repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, autoimmune diseases, complex fractures, cancer, and paralyzation, among many other conditions. In this environment, he thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to see thousands of clients and collaborate with a plethora of health care professionals spanning many disciplines. Luke feels fortunate to maintain many of these connections today. In 2003 Luke decided to enter private practice, and hasn’t looked back since.
Through more than 2 decades of practice, Luke has attended numerous workshops, courses, seminars and learning initiatives. Additionally he has received bodywork regularly. Both of these learning approaches, as well as his art as a musician, singer and songwriter, continue to inspire and inform his practice of massage therapy. In addition to his massage therapy training at Sutherland-Chan, Luke has studied Traditional Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Therapeutic Touch, Passive Stretch Massage, Visceral Manipulation, Hot Stone Massage, and Tibetan Accupressure Massage.

Everyone has within them the capability to move through life’s challenges, but sometimes you may need a little help. Using a client-centered approach, Kim works as a partner to help you achieve your goals.
The first 20 years of her career saw Kim working as an accredited music therapist, using music and other creative modalities to help people reach their therapeutic goals. Kim now brings that experience of establishing trusting, therapeutic relationships to talk-based therapy.
A Registered Psychotherapist since 2016, her approaches may include mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and creative modalities.
Areas of specialty include caregiver stress (ex., parenting, taking care of aging parents, etc), life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, with extensive experience in dementia care, aging, and navigating divorce/separation.

Jonathan’s approach is holistic, action-oriented, working with thoughts, emotions, and somatic/body experience. Jonathan has supported a diverse range of adults and couples in finding repair, greater self-understanding, and renewed connection. Having lived in Canada and abroad, and worked in health care for over a decade, he brings a broad and integrative perspective to therapy.

Gabriela Rozanski, RPT

Gabby is a registered physiotherapist with wide-ranging research and clinical experience. She completed her Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University after earning a PhD from the University of Toronto. Following a post-doctoral fellowship with the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute to study gait asymmetry from stroke, she began practicing as a physical therapist in New York City and achieved the Neurologic Clinical Specialist certification.
Gabby has treated various patient populations in different settings (home, hospital, community) always with a collaborative evidence-informed approach to optimize functional performance while helping clients feel supported and empowered. She is passionate about all kinds of exercise, especially yoga, running and resistance training. With two young children, there is less time to lift heavy in the gym but Gabby loves how active her boys are and can't wait for future family workouts.

Meet our Naturopath
Dr. Erin Coffey, ND (She/Her)

While addressing her own health struggles years ago, Dr. Erin experienced first-hand the benefits of naturopathic medicine. Those consultations and subsequent interventions were life changing. This, along with her experience practicing health law, resulted in her returning to school and becoming a Naturopathic Doctor.
As a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, she offers preventive interventions as well as determining and treating the root cause of health issues. Dr. Erin’s careful balance of knowledge, experience, empathy, and listening skills results in a naturopathic approach that supports wellness in many ways. More recently, she has also been supporting couples with regards to starting a family. She is passionate about health and wellness and approaches each patient with compassion and care.
In her spare time, Dr. Erin loves to practice yoga, meditate, read, run, and spend time in nature.

Danielle Keter,

Danielle’s passion and love for newborn babies and their first few months of life outside the womb is palpable.
She focuses on babies well being while supporting mental, emotional and spiritual health for parents during the postpartum period (and beyond).
She is a mother to three and suffered a traumatic birth with her firstborn. She knows firsthand what postpartum depression looks like, and personally understands how beneficial and valuable it is to have someone with experience and compassion present during the fourth trimester.
Danielle’s primary emphasis is on “mothering the mother.”
Her knowledge and expertise quickly soothe mothers fears, apprehension and uncertainty when they are finally at home with their baby, enabling both parents to transition into the postpartum period confidently peacefully.

Joanna’s coaching practice is founded on the believe that everyone is entitled to live the best version of their life. As a Professional Health, Wellness and ADHD coach Joanna is committed to helping people make positive lifestyle changes that support physical and mental health.
Joanna earned a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1992 and a subsequent Diploma in Child Study from the Institute of Child Study (University of Toronto) in 1994. She worked as a psychometrist for over 20 years in the field of neuropsychology, predominately with individuals who have experienced brain injury. In 2016 Joanna attended Adler Graduate School in Toronto and trained as a professional Coach. She specialized as an ADHD Coach in 2018 and started her private practice in January 2019. In 2020 Joanna earned the Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. She has participated in numerous professional training courses since then and has recently graduated from the Wellness Coaching post-graduate program at Humber College.
Joanna took a hiatus from her work in neuropsychology for about 8 years to be a stay-at-home mum to three daughters. It is her journey as a wife and parent, along with her work in the area of brain injury that has driven her passion to support and foster mental wellness in others.
As a Professional ADHD and Wellness Coach Joanna works with clients to help them understand their unique challenges, uncover their strengths, define goals, develop strategies, and create action plans. Through education, fostering awareness, and creating meaningful goals, she helps people shift from stuck to successful.
Joanna is known for her ability to bottom line challenges and help clients move forward with clear action plans, in a supportive and caring manner. In her coaching practice she pulls from her education and experiences in psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience, and wellness to help people not only understand their challenges but to provide support that is uniquely suited to their specific needs.
