  • Janine is an individual therapist with a focus on relationships and challenging life transitions.

Her goal as a therapist is to help clients move beyond feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by life transitions and/or relationship challenges. To find the strength within themselves to move through change in a way that feels meaningful, and the confidence and sense of Self needed to move out of situations that are no longer serving them.

Her approach is relational, humanistic, and unique to each individual, working with the whole person. Janine leads with curiosity and is interested in who you are in the present moment and what it is that would bring you a sense of safety, security, and joy. There is no one size fits all to her practice. Making this first step takes courage, and she is glad you’re here.

You're welcome to reach out to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation. Janine is currently working with all individuals who are 16+
