Summer Chill in the City Restorative Yoga Series

Join Yoga Teacher Heather Catuiza for this Restorative Yoga series devoted to helping you relax, decompress, and self-regulate during the summer season.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that uses props to support the body and encourage rest and relaxation. Poses are held passively for extended periods of time in order to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system—bringing the body (and mind) into a calmed state.

Each 90-minute session is an opportunity to escape the busyness of life and check in with yourself in a safe and comfortable space. All props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, and/or eye pillow for your comfort.

Limited spaces are available, and all levels are welcome!

Cost: $45 + hst per session, or buy all 3 sessions for $120 + hst (a savings of $5 per session)
