Take time to optimize your fascial movement and joint health, all in one class.
We will focus on postural alignment, foot health, and joint mobility through a series of movements that stretch and strengthen your body.
All levels are welcome!
Saturdays - new session beginning May 17th - 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Tuesdays - new session beginning June 10th - 8:30am - 9:30am
Fridays - new session beginning June 4th - 8:30am - 9:30am
$120+hst for 6-week session
$25+hst for single class - please ensure you register 12 hrs before class!
