  • Mindfulness tools such as breathwork, imagery and meditation to support energy, clarity and calm.

  • Top foods, herbs and supplements to ensure you feel strong consistently

The workshop will be a combination of nutritional science information with practical strategies to implement them, in addition to mindfulness practices that will allow participants to embody it.
