Mindful Moments with Baby!

This is introductory to Mindfulness class that you can do with your baby in tow. Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety and find more moments of ease and connection with yourself and your baby. We all know that parenting is challenging, and it’s not always easy to find consolidated moments of self-care. That’s where Mindfulness comes in. Learn how self-compassion and positive psychology tools can quieten your inner critic and support your parenting journey!

FREE introductory class!

This class will be held in person at the OMA wellness clinic. Class is best suited to pre-mobile babies!

Sharon Nolan, is an OCT registered teacher

Certified Mindfulness teacher and wellness

coach. She is also a mom of two girls, and loves skiing, going for coffee and spending time in nature with her family. 

Sharon is passionate about supporting parents to reduce stress, reactivity, and find more moments of calm and connection with themselves and their kids. 

She has developed this ‘Mindful Moments with baby’ program because this is a key stage in the parenting relationship and helping parents to be less stressed and more present during this period can have a deep impact on the health and well-being of the mother and baby.
