Heather Catuiza has been teaching yoga since 2015 and specializes in Prenatal, Yin, and Restorative. As a mother, she understands how important yoga is in managing pregnancy and beyond, on and off the mat. Her intention through sharing a prenatal practice is to provide a safe space to connect with kindness to your changing body, to learn how to support and advocate for yourself, and prepare you for birth.
