Strawberry Shortcake Chai Bars

Alexandra Nucci, our Registered Holistic Nutritionist, shares with us this summer treat.Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¾ cup unsweetened nut milk of choice
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more, to taste)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

2. Separate into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
