This 75-minute class includes dynamic and isometric challenges, self-myofascial release with the Yoga Therapy Balls, and contemplative mindfulness meditation to finish. This is perfect for those who experience achiness in the hips, have a full day of sitting, or want to start walking, running or just moving more before the weather gets too cold.
