Together, we'll gain clarity about who we are and what we want in our lives. We'll set meaningful goals and find the inspiration and motivation to confidently navigate our personal growth and success journey.

Grace Lindsey | ACC

With a decade of experience in health and wellness, Grace guides people through transformational journeys building strength in mental wellbeing, emotional resilience and physical health.

Having been through a transformation herself, Grace knows first-hand what it takes to overcome challenges and change her life for the better. After moving to Toronto at the beginning of 2020, she created a whole new life and identity walking away from self-destructive and self-sabotaging behaviours. This is why her passion for guiding people through change coupled with her education, allows her to support clients in breaking free from what no longer serves them and stepping into a more happy, meaningful and fulfilling life.

As a Certified Professional Coach, she works collaboratively with her clients to overcome obstacles and move forwards towards their goals with confidence and action. She focuses on stress reduction, increasing motivation, confidence and self-esteem building, improving work-life balance and self-care prioritization, motivating clients to create long-term and sustainable change.

As well as working 1:1 with her clients, she is also a motivational speaker providing wellness workshops to companies enhancing individual wellbeing in the workplace. She provides expert guidance and personalized solutions to support people in thriving and reaching their highest potential.
