ADHD Workshop: Understanding, Embracing, and Thriving with ADHD

In honour of ADHD Awareness Month in October, Professional Health, Wellness and ADHD coach Joanna Harding-Duggan is hosting this special 1-hour session all about this neurodevelopmental disorder.

Misinformation about ADHD abounds. It is a neurochemical difference that when left untreated and misunderstood can have significant impact on mental health. This informative workshop is for anyone who wants a better understanding of ADHD for themselves, their loved ones, or perhaps their colleagues. Participants will receive research-based education on ADHD, and have an opportunity to connect with others, ask questions, and take away some strategies.
