This class is a treasure trove of practices that are helpful to your hips no matter what phase you are in. We know that your hips will thank you for it! Hip strength and the mobility of your hips are so important as our body ages and adapts.
This 75-minute class includes dynamic and isometric challenges, self-myofascial release with the Yoga Therapy Balls, and a contemplative mindfulness meditation to finish. This is perfect for those who experience achiness in the hips, have a full day of sitting, or want to start walking, running or just moving more before the weather gets too cold.
