Moving Forward: Group for Women Experiencing Separation / Divorce

Are you having a hard time finding a path forward after your separation? Is it difficult to even find time to understand how you feel and how you have been affected? Are you feeling stuck and uncertain of how to get un-stuck?

In this 6-week program, we will tease apart your experience and create a new story-line. You will be supported by the other members in the group in a safe space, and will gain strength and resilience.

To make the program more accessible, this workshop will be offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or virtually, so that women who are unable to attend weekly in person can still take part in the group.

Hosted by Kim Omoruyi, RP, MTA, BMT, BA (Hons)

6-Week Session - Starting April 25
1 Munro Street, Toronto, ON M4M 2B7
10am-11:30am
