Mobility Training for Runners: Reduce Injury and Improve Performance

Whether running is your current jam or you’d like to prep your body’s parts to make your way back to the road, this class can support you. In this 75-minute class with Dr. Adrienne, you will build dynamic strength and create healthy articulation from your feet all the way to your lower back. Learn rollouts where you’ll explore myofascial release practices for your feet, psoas, obliques, low back, and more. Create stability and balance in your body, identify common strength and mobility imbalances, and recover from injuries quicker. Use this practice on a recovery day, or as a warm-up before your run. All levels are welcome!

Props used for this session are Tune-Up Balls and Coregeous Balls, which will be provided. The items can also be purchased as a Mobility Kit package - see checkout for details.
