Grace In Your Body: A body-led reset for midlife women

Grace in Your Body is a two-hour embodied reset for midlife women—an invitation to reconnect with the quiet intelligence of the body so that constant striving can rest and deeper listening can begin.

If you are feeling like you are "pretzling" yourself for others constantly, that your emotional load has hit its max and you’re not sure how to calm the chaos, this could be an opening. This gentle, grounded experience acknowledges how often we override our own needs. Through a combination of meditation, journaling, quiet reflection, and shamanic practices conducted with care and gratitude, we begin to release habitual self-protection and re-establish inner signals that feel trustworthy and supportive.

Designed for women who are tired of pushing through—depleted, never rested—this experience draws on somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and compassionate inquiry to support a more sustainable inner pace.

This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It is about listening back in—and letting the body lead.

Come as you are. Nothing to perform. Nothing to prove.

What to Expect

Arrival + Grounding
We begin by landing gently into the space - orienting to the room, the body, and the present moment. A safe, calm container is established so your nervous system can settle and trust can build.

Body‑Led Exploration
Through guided practices that include meditation, subtle movement, breath, energy awareness, and reflection, you’ll be invited to notice sensation, rhythm, and inner cues. The body sets the pace. You follow.

Integration + Reflection
We close with time to integrate what has been experienced - allowing insights, sensations, and shifts to settle rather than rushing back into doing.

Closing Circle
A brief, optional sharing space to anchor the experience and honour what has moved or revealed itself.

Practical Details

  • Wear comfortable clothing and layers

  • Bring a journal and pen

  • Drum, rattle or egg shakers are welcome for the shamanic experience

  • Space is intentionally limited to maintain intimacy and nervous‑system safety
