Moving Forward: Group for Women Experiencing Separation/Divorce (6-Week Session)

Are you having a hard time finding a path forward after your separation? Is it difficult to even find time to understand how you feel and how you have been affected? Are you feeling stuck and uncertain of how to get unstuck? This 6-week program will tease apart your experience and create a new storyline. You will be supported by the other members of the group in a safe space and will gain strength and resilience.

6-Week Session every Saturday starting September 21st
(no session October 12th due to Thanksgiving weekend)

I have been a Registered Psychotherapist since 2016, and currently I use elements of mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and creative modalities.​ Areas of specialty include caregiver stress (ex. parenting, taking care of aging parents, etc), life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss. I have extensive experience in dementia care and aging, and in navigating divorce/separation.
