This workshop is for anyone who wants to achieve success with setting and following through on wellness goals.
With the shine of the New Year gone, along with well-intentioned health resolutions, it is a great time to get clear on the wellness goals that will be most impactful for you. We know it can be hard to know where to start when it comes to wellness and even harder knowing how to move forward with your goals. As spring nears (optimistically) now is the time to set some intentions in motion for a healthy 2025.
In this workshop participants will be introduced to the Dimensions of Wellness as well as a values exercise as a means of identifying 1-2 areas of wellness for which they would like to develop goals. Each participant will be given an opportunity to create some goals and then we will explore ways to effectively make change as a means to accomplishing these goals. This workshop will be interactive and everyone is encouraged to participate and share on a level to which they feel comfortable.
